Raised in New York, Susan moved to Southern California to finish college and teach. In 1985, she left the classroom to replace her mother at the helm of Trims Unlimited, Inc. (“Trims”), then a NYC based personal shopping service. A pioneer in “experiential marketing,” with a reputation for satisfying top prospects and decision makers, the company’s expertise soon came to the attention of C-Suite executives at IBM and Oracle Corporation.
For over three decades, Trims has been collaborating with CMO’s and their marketing teams to help develop strategy fueled incentives that not only build branding and heighten the customer experience, but bolster business with key customers and partners.
Regularly named one of the nation’s top woman owned businesses, Trims has been recognized by INC Magazine, American Express OPEN (featured below), the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office, the California Governor’s Office and the Small Business Program at Harvard University.
